Extremity MRI more effective than standard X-Rays

Recently, Dr. Gaylis and a team of colleagues completed a study showing the benefits of using Extremity MRI in the early detection and diagnosis of bone erosion and rheumatoid arthritis. He presented a summary of their findings and specific images, which the journal Rheumatology News published as the Image of the Month in their October 2007 issue.
